The Cuyahoga County Coroner tells TMZ that no one has come to claim the body of Sean Levert. According to the Coroner, the body remains a “guest” at the Coroner’s office while Levert’s wife tries to decide whether to hold a private or public service. The 39-year-old died late Sunday after being restrained in a Cleveland jail.Since the death of his older brother Gerald — and fellow Levert singer — last year, Sean had been trying to get the band back together.

Actress LisaRaye laughed off questions about a reported tussle between her and her husband Michael Misick, the premier of the Turks and Caicos, but take a gander at these pics.According to Essence.com, the photos show a bruised LisaRaye, taken after a fight between her and her hubby, along with members of both of their security teams. A source close to the premier says it was someone in Misick’s posse that actually did the damage.

UPDATE: We are now told by the L.A. City Attorney, that Asia’h Epperson from “American Idol” will probably be charged tomorrow with misdemeanor battery. We were initially told the charges were filed today, but the City Attorney tells us the complaint will most probably go to the court after a hearing tomorrow. As TMZ first reported, the singer was cuffed early in the morning on August 12 for allegedly roughing up another girl in the bathroom at Colony nightclub.Asia’h claims the alleged victim got a little too pushy on her way to the toilet … and the former”Idol” contestant says she was forced to defend herself and her sister. The 49-year-old woman who was arrested on Ellen DeGeneres’ Beverly Hills property last week was charged today with misdemeanor trespassing. As we previously reported, Karen Sjoden was taken into custody by a private security team early Thursday morning and handed over to the Beverly Hills PD. She never made contact with Ellen.
